We communicated in the most recent Focus Newsletter than our Privacy Notification and Conditions of Use documents would be updated on 1 November 2025. The Focus Newsletter is included within both printed and electronic quarterly statements.
Due to unforeseen delays with our September quarter statements which members would have received in October, these planned changes will now be delayed until Monday 17 November. This simply ensures we adhere to minimum notice periods when communicating changes to members.
