Important Update – Home and Business Loan Rate Changes

We’re making changes to our retired Home and Business Loan interest rates.

We wish to advise borrowers that the following interest rate changes will be effective on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 for the following products:

Standard Variable Rate	8.29% p.a.
The Works Package P&I Reference Rate	7.34% p.a.
Two Year Introductory Home Loan Reference Rate	8.60% p.a.
Basic Variable Rate	8.38% p.a.
The Works P&I Reference Rate	7.34% p.a.
Owner Occupied, Interest Only
Bare Essentials Interest Only Reference Rate	8.25% p.a.
The Works Package Interest Only Reference Rate	7.80%p.a.
The Works Investment Interest Only Reference Rate	7.80% p.a.
