As part of our integration with Community First Credit Union, a planned system outage will occur from 5pm AEST Friday 12 September – Sunday 14 September 2025.

System Outage - Friday 12 September 2025

As part of our integration with Community First Credit Union, a planned system outage will occur from 5pm AEST Friday 12 September – Sunday 14 September 2025.  

During the outage: 

  • Internet Banking and the Moneytree app will be unavailable. 
  • The Moneytree app will be decommissioned. You’ll need to download the Community First Mobile Banking app once the outage is complete. 
  • Scheduled payments and direct debits will still be processed. 
  • Transaction limits will apply, including cash withdrawals — please plan ahead for any large purchases. 
  • During this time, our staff will be available to assist with any general questions however account enquiries, transactions and application processing will be unavailable 

Once services are restored: 

  • Our banking systems, including Internet Banking, will be available again. Use the same login details (unless we have contacted you separately to let you know your member ID is changing).  
  • You can start using the Community First Mobile Banking app with your existing internet banking login. 
  • You’ll begin using the Community First BSB 512-170.  
  • Please use the Community First BSB 512-170 for any new direct debits or payments/transfers to your account starting after 12 September 2025. (If you’ve received a notification that one or more of your account numbers is changing, please ensure that you use this BSB number and your new account number/s after 12 September to avoid any risk of crediting or debiting an incorrect account). 
  • Our current BSB will still work for existing arrangements after 12 September but we encourage you to update these details as soon as possible. 

Please check back in on this page over the weekend, as this will be our primary channel to provide you with updates and to let you know once we are back online. 

How we’re supporting you

During this time, our staff will be available to assist with any general questions however account enquiries, transactions and application processing will be unavailable. 

Our contact centre will be available for queries only on Saturday 13 September during normal operating hours. A select number of Community First stores and our Young St branch will also be open on Saturday, 13 September 2025, from 9am to 3pm:

If you receive a call of this nature, hang up. Do not download any apps, provide any access codes or one-time passcodes. You should report the scam to us and Scam Watch immediately.
